I had a fantastic time here, the location is great as it's only a short walk away from Railway Bridge Kital Ella.

Clean venue with friendly staff, stunning mountain views, a great location near waterfalls and a valley, and exceptional meals.

I stayed here for 8 days and will certainly stay here again. The staff was pretty friendly, the accommodation was amazing and fairly clean. The family room I was given was complete with 2 comfortable double beds, different cushions and actual warmer water.

The rooms at New Green View are amazing! I stayed in one with a private bathroom that had a hot tub and free toiletries. It felt so luxurious and relaxing. Plus, some rooms even had balconies, which was perfect for enjoying the beautiful views of Ella. And the best part? Free WiFi!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the soundproofing in some of the rooms. But hey, that's just my opinion.

the room was huge and absolutely perfect. It had a kettle, a work desk, and a dining area. 3. the hotel's location was excellent, in the mountains. 4. It was so close to nature with the falls in view. 5. Nine Arch Bridge and the view point were nearby.

We enjoyed the double room with hot water, the fantastic location near the waterfalls, mountains, and the early morning train station.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in Ella! the location was perfect - slightly away from the main area, which meant it was peaceful and quiet, but still easily accessible to all the attractions. The hotel is also very close to Kithalella train station, making it convenient for travelling. Secondly, the service and staff were exceptional. Nimantha and his family were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. They were always available to help with anything I needed, and their attention to detail was impressive. Lastly, the rooms had a beautiful green jungly view, which added to the overall charm of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the hot water actually worked, which was a pleasant surprise. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, which was a perfect start to each day.

All was perfect during my stay at this hotel!

This hotel in a quiet and beautiful area is a hidden gem in a convenient location. The rooms offer stunning views and the friendly family who runs the place make you feel like home. They go above and beyond to ensure your comfort, offering a range of tours and a small shop with snacks. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast is a treat worth coming back for.

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, always willing to help with any requests or questions I had. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, including the rooms and shared spaces. I also appreciated the convenient parking for my vehicle and the fact that I was able to easily explore the surrounding areas with the transportation provided by this hotel. Lastly, the breakfast provided was a great start to my day and was served fresh and hot.
